Why cant I upload an Avatar ? File size 19.5 KB ( 50 x50)- keeps saying ' file upload failed' ?

Is it due to using AOL or something odd ?

Suggestions ?

Yes, I can report the same experience - failure message but loads Avatar anyway. I think Mr. K is just screwing with us
