Unexpected praise

We received the following email, a few days back.
We were really chuffed as a company and for all those who have worked so hard to achieve this, which includes some on the forum.
Steve

Good morning,

My wife and I were on the 1700 trip last Saturday, a bit of a boating treat for me whilst staying the night in Poole! I was just discussing your whole set up, in a very complimentary way, to some of my colleagues and thought I should tell you!

I really enjoy boating, and RIBs in particular - and having sold my Redbay RIB last Friday I was of course keen for a trip on the water.
As am sure you are well aware, we as a branch have dealt with several RIB thrill ride, safari accidents in the past, and may well do so in the future, so it is of course always with some trepidation that boating activities are undertaken on our off days. Just in case.

The whole set up with yourselves was really impressive, in particular I was really impressed with the pre departure safety brief, the clear instructions given to all and the safety instruction cards. Seating was sorted for all passengers by the skipper with care given to who sat where. Lifejackets, with crotch straps where fitted for all and the boat was spot on.

All in all was really impressed, not just on the safety side but it was also a really good fun boat ride.
Thanks and hope to be back again.
Regards,
xxxxxx xxxxxxxx

Probably most satisfying for you, as it was an unknown 'mystery' boater .. but.. just goes to show.... you never know who you are talking to sometimes ..nice one
