Skippy John

I am deeply saddened to report the passing of Skippy John who was a regular poster on these boards, in particular in giving advice on all commercial aspects, especially new and upcoming MCA documents.
Night Night Mon Capitanne!

Tony, yes, John died yesterday, there is a notice on the Hoylake Sailing School website, sad news indeed, John was a very decent man and gave good advice, I'm sure he will be missed by all that knew him

Sad news indeed. He was a passionate advocate for driving up professional standards in the work boat community and was resonsible for getting many people I know prepped for their Masters COC's.
