Have a look at SOuthampton solent university, I think they do them down at the Warsash site. Alternatively, ask the MCA for a list.

I did mine at Gravesend Sea School - think it's part of North Kent College now.
If you get the same instructor he is an ex-chief engineer who has a good yarn to spin as well as being a good instructor.

In the industry a chap called Paul Bennet is generally regarded as one of the best. I dont know him personally only by reputation.
He runs courses at various venues. One of my staff did the course with him at UKSA recently and spoke very highly of the course.
