Wrecks in Milford haven

Would any body on here know the whereabouts of the twelve wrecks that lay inside the haven. I know where the dakotian is. Any info and ideally position on a map would be greatly recieved. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

I've dropped many pleasure divers around the Islands, but not many within the estuary, usually only commercial divers retrieving moorings etc, here's a good link though, some great info on dive sites around Pembs including some in the estuary.

Milford wrecks

Thanks for that dhf. The site is interesting and does give some coordinates but was hoping to get some rough positions on charts in relation to land marks. Even rough sketches would do.

Sorry J5 for some reason I though you mentioned diving, lol, your prob more interested in fishing these wrecks I guess?
I got some old charts laying round somewhere, I'll see if can dig em out soon, here's another good link though, for wreck fishing out and around the haven.

Try this site; you might need to subscribe though:

http://www.wrecksite.eu/wreck.aspx?10981

The Behar has a cardinal Buoy near it and is on the North side of the haven, East of the Dakotian.

This expedition report has some photos of transits for the Thor and some interesting info about the wreck:

Thanks all. I really appreciate the info. Have already looked into the Thor wreck and now know where it is so hopefully will fish it next time I'm out. Any more info will be gratefully recieved.

Although aimed at divers the Welsh Association of Sub Aqua Clubs site has a very good map based interface with a number of the wrecks on it.

milfordmap

If you click through to each site on the map then the GPS coordinates are shown by hovering over the icon on the map.
