To know riff-raff´s from real people

As I have been an observer on BM for a few days since I was allowed to peep not speak and that has been a heck of an experiance to watch most of the mighty three trio´s practising their wholy metremony.
In the beginning I felt sorrow for myself but now I believe I am reborn and ready to come back on the type of boating I love most "RIB" as it has given me the most excitements and also most terrifies moments as well.

I hope big statements like that make you feel good about yourself bogi.
You've never heard of live and let live, clearly.

I've never publicly spoken against you, even though if you posted on ribnet your little message, in english, I'm sure Mr Kennett would have dealt with you in a similar manner. But the fact that you weren't prepared to post the message on ribnet to justify yourself speaks volumes, second only to your reluctance to say "sorry, I overstepped the mark". So quite what your problem, is I don't know.

You seemed happy enough to join the mighty trio for lunch in TGI Friday's.
Oh well, what goes around come around I suppose.

Trying to remember the famous three...Pompey, Caesar and Crassus wos it?..

One had people skills, one had power and one had money...
Oh and they didn't have a gArf

Oh they exiled Cicero as well... cos he may have written some stuff wot upset em. Catiline had a terrible time of it meanwhile...

I think it all ended in tears tho' (Whiteshoes you paid attention in Latin Class...)

Hey see you later Pete 7 and you can confess all in the 'Church' meeting.
Matt the regular Solent gathering in the Churchillian is open to all 'RIBnetters'.

You had to. We had an evil, sadistic deputy Head by the nickname of "Sticker" (nothing to do with billposting, although he was in my class) who took us for classics.

He would delight in humiliating and physically abusing kids that would just not be tolerated today. He would direct a tough question at a pupil and then take up a position behind him and drum forcibly on the poor sod's skull with his stubby fingers or sometimes a boardrubber. If this painful treatment did not elicit the correct answer, extra prep or a detention was dispensed.

The number of times I was cowering in my seat, hoping that he wouldn't pick on me next 'cos I didn't know the answer.......

Still Life is not all that unfair : He had a really ugly wife, who was reminiscent of a constipated goldfish and the extra Latin verse that he dispensed to me, just happened to come up when I went forward for my scholarship exam a fortnight later.

Bullying is a power game at the end of the day....just remembered the rich one in the trio was called 'Croesus' (but he was probably crass all the same...)

(Oh and they were forever sticking knives in their mates' backs in those days... )

So cheer up Bogib. People are a lot more civilised these days

gArfie, you know I am a fully paid up member of your fan club and I find your written style intriguing and sexy but even I can't work out what this quotation means! Care to explain, please?
