Techies out there, help please

Just acquired a Nokia 9300 and am trying to get it to talk to my ntl email account remotely. Have acquired some information from the less than useful tech departments at NTL and Voadafone and filled most of the boxes but still not connecting. Anyone done one of these or know where I could get an "idiots guide" to what info goes where to make it happen? (The Nokia handbook is useless!)

Thanks

Take it in to a store and let them have a go at it. Not worth the trouble of trying to do it over the landline. It is supposed to be a mobile phone, after all, isn't it?
