Silvercrest Action Cam

Our footage from the Anglesey Run has turned out to be a bit underwhelming. Partly because our A frame doesn't seem to be high enough and so what you get is mostly Emma's back, but also because it seemed to start misting up after about 20 mins. I had the 'anti-fog pads' in but they didn't seem to do the trick. Did any other users have the same problem? I know at least Wackywoody had one, cos he nearly lost it over the side!

How do Go pro deal with issue of fog in the case?

Hi Dan, mine also had steaming up problems as well.

From Conwyn I decided to use cable ties to stop it falling off the A frame and it spent the rest of its time swinging upside down filming the wake and those left in my wake

Guess there is no good substitute for a go pro or maybe the steaming up problems will stop once the weather warns up a bit more?

A diving trick for steaming camera is to have it open in an air conditioned space e.g. car or room in hotter cliems and seal it in the air con space as air con has the effect of reducing the moisture content of the air.
