Yes that is true we are very good with fiscal matters, thats why we have free prescriptions, free uni places and free bus travel for elderly!! As i pointed out before in this thread thats why we have so many english refugees!! So yes the UK fiscal management would be better if the Scottish Parliament were in charge of the whole shebang

The scotch (misprint) are in charge, Blair, Broon, Hamilton , Campbell and thats just a few of yer sweaty socks in English parliment

And BTW there are more Scots living in England than sweatysockland I think that it's got summut to do with the warmer climate

And as for uni... I couldn't think of a nicer place to study
