Mine has an alarm, linked to the house and a separate phone line too, 'cos I don't like downing tools and traipsing through the house covered in dust, resin, etc. to answer calls from Ms DHD's mates, when she's out.

Wouldn't do it. Caller ID is the key, it saves a lot of breath.

Hot damn - mine does that too! And pinches me offcuts for kindling too ...she's kinda cute though, so I let it slide

Cordless phone with caller ID, WiFi, a nice infrared heater and 110V mono amp and dodgy speakers all boosted from work complete the perfect work/play environment. I refuse to pay for garage "accessories" - cash is reserved for the good things in life - like Very Expensive Outboards from Wales

Bloody Hell! three pages in an hour perhaps this thread could be pushed to compete with the Jardon build thread.

Mollers could you sell me the mower in pieces so I can spend the next few months doing a build thread on Ribnet

I've just had to auction a very tidy LT151 that was made-up of pieces, not all of 'em Husqvarna.

The other is a beaut which has been in the family since new. I couldn't stand the flack of selling a 'pup' on here.

I need to get onboard with this 'caller ID' technology. Does it cost extra with BT these days?

A couple of patio heaters make for a nicy cosy working environment, when gaffer-taping the Searider, during those cold winter evenings in the refuge.

Sounds interesting - no way I'm schleppin' after a mechanical sheep over my patch though...

The OP has it handy when it comes to grass cover

Yes. Donegaldan has a GPS guided version and I can confirm that no grass has grown under his all season.
