Repairing ribbon cable
My girlfriend slamed her ipod in the car door and smashed the screen. The insurance paid for a new one, so I have decided to repair the old one so I can use it. I was taking it apart the other day but unfortunaly tore the first "stand" of the hard drive ribbon cable. Is it possible to repair this easily (the cable, not the screen - new screen on order from ebay!)
