Sorry for any inconvenience -- I think I have tracked down the problem

I reckon that about 50 people were sent the message up to four times. I don't think it was more people than that, and I hope no one has got is more times than that.

If it's any consolation I have had 367 bounce messages and "out of office" autoresponses!

Yep 4 for me too, but its no hassle!!

How about a prop section for the the FAQ as it is definitely a question that is asked far too much. I've posted this link before as have other members and its a very informative article:
