It looks like they had put some serious thought into it though.

The camera in the water was in just the right place, pointing in just the right direction. The shore rocks were probably the least of his worries - timing the entry angle and keeping it shallow enough would have been a big one.

As Willk says, certainly well orchestrated. I was always under the impression you had to be very careful jumping into the water feet first from height. The force of water up various orifices can do some serious damage
