Its a PDF I think you can email it to the kindle - if you login to Amazon you'll find a Manage Devices sections where there is a section called something like Personal Settings and an address like: Steve509926@kindle.com - you just email the PDF as an attachment. It goes straight to your kindle library.

and common boating rules etc which are the same worldwide.
Some pedantic b*s*a*d will be along to point out that VHF channels and IALA bouyage are not the same everywhere - although I think Aus and the UK are the same for bouys ;-)

I get loads of PDF documentation sent and I have (or should I now say had) to sit with a laptop on my knee, that tip was so helpful.

If we ever meet I own you a pint or 3.

The 2day PB2 at Plas Menai is brilliant. They take you into Felinheli marina to manovere, berth, and turn around.

It may sound obvious but for the avoidance of doubt (and humorous cockups) don’t get carried away and completely untie your boat from the trailer at the top of the slipway.

Keep the bow attached until the boat is on the water otherwise there’s a real risk of unloading it onto the slipway before you get to the water.

Seen a fella do that do his brand new boat was on a roller trailer, evidently his old one was on bunks...... the look on his face when he realised what the noise was as he got into his car
