Just started using this - it is really good to use - seems better than Photoshop and is FREE - no stupid time limits or anything - good old Linux community - don't worry - runs on Windoze!!!

I used to use this about 3 years ago - alternative to spending big bucks on Photoshop. However, I didn't find it particularly easy to get to grips with! Who knows, will try again.

I was already using Adobe Illustrator and ImageReady when I learnt Photoshop - so I guess it's a case of what I was used to.

Putting my geeky head on - I've been playing with some open source software tonight called SugarCRM, broadly speaking a Customer Relations management software, but the group e-mail and calendar handling is superb!

I've played with it a bit before, doesn't seem too bad... I wasn't particularly using it though, as it was just a "added extra" that came with http://www.trixbox.org/ - another peice of excellent opensource software!

Nope, but I'll have a look. I particularly like the way SugarCRM handles group e-mails, and e-mail allocation etc.
