Feedback from Admin?

Had a post removed yesterday and can't fathom why / would like it back. Contacted Admin nothing heard.... Am I on the naughty list?

Ah, I assume you emailed? It's better to PM directly.Email goes to SocialKnowledge-post reports or PMs go directly to us.

If it was the 'for sale' post I can put it back for you if it hasn't sold, but it's our policy to remove adverts for boats that have sold so people don't get pestered years later.

Your post said SOLD => Thread gets deleted. Them's the rules as outlined in JK's sticky at the top of the For Sale forum. If you want the ad back then the boat must still be for sale. If it's "sold" "sold pending payment" "soldish" or "almost sold 'cos I'm hoping to excite the market" then it stays deleted

It said sold pending payment.... Almost sold to excite the market? New concept on me.... Have had contact from other parties re the boat, was merely trying to keep the thread updated.... and was also commenting that we'd gone ahead with purchasing the boat mentioned in the op..... This is a forum!! It's not sold til the money's in my account.... So yes, by your barometer 'soldish'

If them's the rules..... Leave it deleted.....

Looking at your "ad" further I see that it really wasn't an "ad" but a "Gauging interest...." thread which I probably should have deleted or moved on day 1. The For Sale forum is not like the other forums on here, in that other members cannot reply. It's not the appropriate forum for a discussion about whether you might or might not sell a given boat or whether it is or isn't sold.
