Clear Sealant Recommendation?

Hi, Can anyone recommend a clear sealant, it's not for a boat, it's for the roof of my camper van. I want to seal the tent material on the pop top to the painted finish of the van roof.

The van is black so it might get hot in the sun, the material is bolted down so it just needs to be sealed to keep the wet out.

Thanks

I know, but I am being a bit chicken incase things got a bit messy this has to be the longest camper build in the world, but this is one of the last jobs now.

But you are right, black sealant would be better

Excellant a bit of tube influence on the roof ...come on post the pics ....

Hope it can tow/ launch your boat ?

I'm feeling abit left out - campers seem to belong to everyone I know - VW T4 & T5 mainly !
