BMX handle bar cover

Anyone know where I can buy the cover for the handle bars on a kids BMX bike? The one that has the pipe insulation type stuff inside.
Searched everywhere but with no joy.

Seriously, I brought a similar one years ago to fit the crossbar on my motorcross Bike and that came from a Motorcycle shop that sold motorcross bikes.
