Torqin of boats Jon, do you have one or is that a new yellow fish pond in yer garden ?

He can't slow down much or he'd be going backwards with the tide.

Matt thought you were buying "something for the weekend Sir", just to get out on the water ?

Anyway back to the theme of this thread, so why was I banned from Boatmad ?

Yes, I have taken an enlightened view, and realised it's not quite the miami vice that I wanted. I'm dreaming of great powerboat clubs but in truth the average boat in this country is a 17 foot fletcher.

Sadly only too true, however for the price of a fletcher you could drop a pair of mermaids in her and be running on 20ppl.

Anyway back to the real question why was I banned from Boatmad. (Am I going to do a Geremy Paxton to get an answer on this ?)

Let's face it, 400hp would not cut it.
I wouldn't have bought the boat if it only had 400hp.
Peninsular 400TT - 400hp, 463kg Much better!!!!

I don't care about termite being banned.....why wasn't I its an insult I tell you! ...I've got fellopen tubes and I can't play the Fkkn Trumpet neither.

As well as that I dropped and smashed Garfies bottle of Jemmysons whiskee. Mind you I have a few boats that don't work so I guess that I have a lot in common with the BM boys

I did, and you weren't singled out, you simply fell into a group who's only input to boatmad was bickering about treatment/banning of other members of that group.

Like it or not, since the removal of the 6 members in question, the bickering has stopped.

Towards the end the ONLY input from these 6 was about banning, or reinstating (or fairies) so nothing of any value has been lost

JF

PS. You were also pushing to see "how far you could push it before getting banned", so so I guess it's what you wanted anyway.

how many horses do you want, at a guess 400 hp should give you 25 knots ? thats quite a respectable speed through the waves.

Pete
