At first I was thinking what are you on about? But after zooming in, I see what you were talking about!

Impressed I am!

Yup - he was checking out Huntingdon airfield at the time. Wonder if that's where the Lanc is heading???

He didn't think of posting it on the net but looks like that bloke was first anyway.

Heathrow looks amazing - especially the strange green aircraft that nobody seem to know what it is - a safety trainer is the most likely candidate.

Just stuck Google Earth on an old codger's computer - he was most impressed when I zoomed in on his house and he can see his car outside with him standing next to it!!!

My brother prob has more knowledge than most people would EVER have - as you don't know him it's best to keep quiet!!!

My fault - when he phoned me I jumped to the conclusion he had found it - didn't realise he had seen it on a forum but then again he didn't realise some people would be so petty he would have to explain his sources!!!

I assumed he had found it because he had been researching the nearby airfield a few weeks ago!!!

Has he got a really big computer, or has he found something that's better than google?

I don't know, caught out yet again!

What an amazing coincidence

that this was posted in the YBW forum yesterday morning

Quote:

Open google earth and type in the Latitude and longitude

52 20 10.87N 0 11 43.34W

To do this easily, right click and copy the above and paste it into the 'Fly to' search box.

Once the image has settled, zoom in and see an amazing sight.
exactly the same to two decimal places
