A bad day boating is this:

Some gratuitous pictures swiped off the internet, something you don't see everyday thankfully. First one is a floating dock out of a marina somewhere (Ohio River?)with all the boats still attached. Heading for parts unknown. That would be a little disconcerting, head down to the marina and not only is your boat gone, the dock is too! Second is a picture of well, someone had a bad night on the I.C.W. probably in Florida. Third is a Fountain powerboat, this picture is somewhat grainy but if you look carefully you can see most of the tree in the picture is through at least half the hull, how fast was that guy going? If anyone else has anything similar post it up!

Very neat to hit that tree right on the pointy end, any distance off to one side and it would have glanced off

The boat was built in a attempt to secure a contract with the U.S. Navy for use by the Seal teams, it did not work out (originally triple rotary with American turbine jets). In the original all black color scheme it had a somewhat menacing appearance, that in addition to its original intent led to the choice of the name.

That, plus the owner is "big and hard looking. Its mean as hell but don't like the ice."
