6-Nations- predictions

6-Nations KO this afternoon
Should be interesting post World Cup.

I reckon today
Wales will beat Italy
Ireland will beat Scotland - but might be a tussle
Tomorrow England will beat France

I think that by the end of the 2nd game next week we will all be able to make predictions ! So many unknowns this year ......new managers , " unrest " in the England squad with the Saracens debacle , some great looking new players and of course some familiar great players now retired ( suspended or carrying water ! ) . Isn't that what true sport is all about ? The uncertainty ?

If I had to , I'd risk a few bob on England

Not much evidence of a post Brexit bounce in England's performance. They need to bring Anne Widdecombe and Nigel Farrage on to the coaching staff to put a fire in their bellies because they are truly inspirational individuals!

Well my predictions were better today if not 100% on the points - they were
Ireland to beat Wales by 5 points
England to beat Scotland & regain Calcutta Cup by 10 points.
BTW- France will beat Italy tomorrow

Why did England keep kicking high balls into bad wind / for goal when strategy not working AND England pack far was superior to Scotland

Open event now
England Ireland will I think be the deciding game.

Well, what a weekend!
Great England win today, and excellent France-Wales game yesterday.
Now to make championship really interesting
Ireland to beat France
England to beat Wales

On today's evidence I can't see Ireland beating France.

Strangely quiet this subject this year. Wonder why. Given lockdown assumed it would be a highlight.

First off....Well done Wales! They look like the side to beat.

England ()..despite all the problems in the last year (which EVERY squad has had to deal with) deserved to loose (as well) ... didn't look motivated or at the Races for most of the game ...and Full praise to a resurgent Scotland Team and showed again the great spirit of the entire squad...who always seem to have at least one performance in them and on "thier day" can beat anyone!...and no one can take lightly.
It was a long time coming and lock down or no I'm sure there were some well oiled Scots up there!.... In fact I know a few that were there
All to play for again...and I for one am looking forward to the rest of the Tournament...Hopfully the Charriot will be back on song again SOON!
.Although I'm not a fan of Politics in the sporting arena
