Hi whisper each year my friends do a run from Brighton to Bembridge and back on a Saturday. The big jet ski cruise 90 mile round trip. This year the trip from Sussex Marine Water Sports take a donation from every ski they launch and have nominated our charity to donate to... Fantastic news and a massive thank you to all that donated

The date was picked as the timings were good for the tides being slack around the back of the island hope this works out for the Scoobys

Henry, I can lend you a vhf, it needs 6 AA batteries and runs for about 5 days on a set of Duracell's. I'm happy to lend you the vhf for the sat and sun with batteries but you will need to have 6 AA alkaline batteries as spares just in case it runs low at a critical point.
