Hi Si, yes Ty Coch is on the beach at Morfa Nefyn, if the weather is fit it's an excellent hop across Caernafon Bay and well worth the effort, we had a few trips there last season, twice in one day when me n Andrew went to Bardsey. if the weather is kind we'll maybe give it a go, depends how I'm getting on running the new Honda 50 in on the SR4, not sure when Andrew is arriving but if he's there on the Friday he may join you for a blast in the Revenger

We r towing the boats from Blackpool on the Saturday morning. We normally leave about 7am to get to Ty-Calch about 9-30 .Due to it being Easter week-end
Can any of you with a bit of local knowledge suggest a realistic start time

It really is a lottery as to what to expect on the A55 on easter saturday. The weather will dictate how busy it will be. Ive experienced both bumper to bumper engine off and free flowing. I would consider Friday travel or add a couple of hours on the saturday. It only takes one accident ahead of you to ruin your day
