Anything bar the last week in July and 1st week of August for me.
I have a suggestion. The same weekend as the IOW festival (12th/13th June)-have the picnic Saturday afternoon then head down to see Paul McCartney on Sunday?

hmm, checking the tides, was thinking Aug 7-8 could work, high tide Bembridge is 22:22, but looks like no good for Nos.
July 17-18 tides are wrong for the camping part
July 24-25 looks like the Alderney trip and I want to go on that
How about :-
Jun 26-27 low 18:17 0.3m, high tide Bembridge 00:45 (sun) 3.1m, low 06:36 0.2m, high sun am 13:09 3.1m (maybe a bit late tides for the camping part
Or
Jul 3-4 high tide Bembridge 17:01 2.8m, low 22:54 0.6m, high sun am 05:16 2.7m, low 11:15 0.5m
Or
Jul 10-11 high tide Bembridge 23:36 3.1m, low 05:28 0.1m, high sun am 12:04 3.3m
Or
Aug 21-22 high tide Bembridge 22:47 2.6m, low 04:45 0.6m, high sun am 11:14 2.8m
Nos' idea 12-13 June works for tides at cowes, but I am away... with those tides though, you should be able to go camp in Island Harbour marina if you book enough in advance

Jul 10-11
I reckon :-
Jul 10-11 high tide Bembridge 23:36 3.1m, low 05:28 0.1m, high sun am 12:04 3.3m
Can get into Bembridge from 2030 ish and leave any time from about 9am sunday. tide will also be out most of time asleep...

We'll it looks like I'll be missing another Priory Bay Picnic then
British F1 GP weekend!
With any luck it'll rain and I'll get an exciting race weekend, and the Picnic will be re-scheduled

We will try and get over to say hi if the boat is ready.
if i recall last year there was not much in the way of a beach there? assume the bar is still there creating the little lagoon? when the tides out?

I can supply as 12v TV and spare battery for Andy to watch the Redbull Team vanish into the distance whilst the other team talk about 'upgrades & aero packages' due in the next few races.
Come on Andy you know it makes sense and is much much more fun.

I'm trying to convince the Red Bull team to come down for the picnic that weekend and give all the other teams a chance to catch up
But it's gonna be a thanks for the Red Bull team for my free ticket to the race weekend

Wow, are you getting the full hospitality treatment? Had that from Renault a few years ago (before they started cheating) and it was a simply stunning day

Based on previous events I've been on like the Festival of speed etc, it'll just be the tickets, I'll have to entertain myself when I get there.
