That makes sense. There are some good things about them too of course. They are very comfortable to wear, can be adjusted to allow ventilation or not, they have many pockets for personal kit/food and they provide some protection against bumps etc.
The downside of your two piece is that rated survival times in the water are DRASTICALLY reduced.

Do any Cherbourg goers have any pictures of Yorkie? In my collection of RIB photos I have loads of other ribs but none of our own!

Just heard, JD has damaged a tendon in his ankle. He finally decided it was not right! Looks like the RIB won!

Gutted, hope it's not a bad tear. I did my right ankle and then knee, neither ever fully recovered, not played football since the ankle and are sore in the cold. Physio is a must to avoid long term problems.

Hmm a good 6 months recovery minimum.... I tore a tendon in my knee paid privately in the end for physio, laser and ultrasound therapy.
On a different note whats happening with the videos of the trip?
