If the weathers fine you will get round no probs, dont worry as i said some will blast off know matter what the weather is like,but all i,m saying is it some point it can get a little rough and its allways nice to know that you have company if your at the back, sometimes people stop to change fuel,have a leak or adjust something and before you know it your alone at the back just my health and saftey head saying it maight be a good idea "Dont Panic Mr Mannering"

Yes agreed but some people have pointed out that they are coming to gain experiance and have never done a trip like this before, we all know that at some point round Anglesey if its a bit windy you can think what the fook am i doing here and we are talking 25 plus ribs not going round with your mate i mean if everyone says no need then cool

(Black shadow comes from the brand of dry suit some of the more "ahem" extreme boys wear! Personally it's all the grr no idea! )

So speaks a man thats average is 2 trips a year Now HP dont sink to the Germans level please and can i point out that a Black Shadow is just like any normal drysuit not expensive not special but if you like to go out when its really cold and wet then its a great bit of kit so stop talking the p mr k just remember who won the War...!!!

I went round in a 5.2 rib last year with a 70hp on the back & made it round on 80ltrs of fuel no problems at all

Hadd, my fuel allowance will be 70 ltr main tank plui don't have a statement after every comment but i'm working on it ? s 20 ltr x2 as back up.

We got round in a 5m chinook with 90hp on about 80l last time..
Today's lumpy trip to the skerries will be calculated tomorrow on topping up!! We too are looking forward to 28th and putting faces to names! Please can we be included in the ty calch launch numbers?

I think that it would be wise to put up a list of names of people who are launching from Ty Calch the week before the trip to give Chris an idea of how many he will be launching , trailer storage etc.
