Didn't SIT retube Mr Smooth's SR4? If they did I wouldn't sit behind his SR4 at speed on Saturday as you won't be able to see where you are going with bits of rubber and tube falling off ............

Saw a nice Humber at Phil and Jan's at the weekend which had been refurbed. I am sure they have posted on here before going down a canal - Its was a black Humber with 150hp Honda on it with black fabric impression SIT tubes on it. I had a good look at the tubes and they looked good and was quite impressed with the finish

don't you worry about my SR4 Wacky, just you concentrate on avoiding the lumpy bits in The Swirlies, it's not so forgiving as caernarfon bar was

I'm sure their new tubes are fine. We just weren't happy with the work they did refitting rubber, it fell off instantly. They say that's the problem with older tubes. We think they should have warned us at least, or better, prepped the tubes more so it wouldn't come off! They offered to fix it, no ta, offered no recompense at all. He says we says and all that.

We are out sorry just jumped in the car and it's playing up for some reason. Running not revving properly probably electrical and an easy fix for someone in the know.
Doh stuff is packed and B and B booked so we are still coming down different car that doesn't have a tow bar
