Friday & Saturday 24th - 25th Oct

Morning All

Im getting the bug again for messing around in boats in the cold etc. Im down on Friday taking some freinds out for the day and will also be around on saturday.

Is anyone else going to be about in the solent on these days and fancies meeting for lunch and a pint.

Oh and possible Alderney depending on weather.

Julian

Julain, the weather's looking OK for Friday and good for Saturday and Sunday. I might not have a crew for some of the weekend, though. I'll check arrangements. Looks like a good opportunity to get out (again!).

This Weekend

Morning Richard

I knew you would be out AGAIN, The weather does look good at the moment and hopefully it will stay that way. If its a nice day do you fancy going to Alderney for lunch etc. If its windy we could go to poole or something along those lines.

Julian

Im sure Richard can find some crew over the weekend and if its nice Charles we can meet you in Alderney that will solve all the problems of people being lonely.

Daniel, you're on!

Louise definitely can't make it, but I've spoken to Jackeen tonight who sounds keen, and Jackeen (missus) will very likely come as well. That leaves a spare seat. Only problem is this 5pm return. Two reasons - Alderney looks inviting, and we also have a bit of a habit of coming back from the IOW in the dark. Couldn't you do a video to be shown in case of your absence ("sorry I couldn't be here in person to accept this award...")???

Yo Richard,

I think we are already booked on Rogers/Julians tiny rib for the crossing if the trip happens. We can always jump around between them.

Hey it's not the trophy... This is the beer consumption event of the year, every hour counts. I need at least 6 hours drinking to completly write-off Sunday, finishing at, say, 2am means i need to be back by 8pm, so could push departure from solent to say 6pm??? Where is your waggon anyway?
