Fowey Royal Regatta 2007

Anyone else around for the regatta next year? we're booked in at the marina view hotel (I know places sell out fast for the regatta inc local b+b's etc so have to book now!), I'd like to get around the local coast a bit with someone who knows it while i'm there! - towing from bucks

more info:

Oh, and while i'm here, anyone interested in a Solent - ? (Poole, Weymouth!?) trip around June time (5 days?) visiting Cowes, beaulieu, Lymington etc. I've got a couple of friends and a few ideas - but being 4.5m will be restricted by weather.

not so sure about that!

when we were in cornwall for the first two weeks it was glorious

then the third week we were there later in the summer we had hailstones that were around 12mm diameter and the beach was white like snow, was an amazing sight
was lucky we had our cave in the middle of the beach to hide in and have our bbq

i was thinking of starting a thread for a week in cornwall at the beginning and end of the kids holiday to see if we had any takers, can be glorious down there with superb quiet waters
