Tony
I must thru this thread thank you and your team for a great week end both on the water and of. It was exciting and thought provoking to say the least as the chat in the bar proved late on. We would certainly support other efforts along the same lines if you were so inclined to do. It was a true reflection of boating and ribbing in particular in the mutual help and assistance there was during the w/end and all those who put themslves out to help others should be applauded, it was quite humbling!!
We got safely down to Tayvallich with the scare ammount of petrol we had it felt never ending!! Run home via Cuan, DM was fine but when we hit the Mc Is and round into L Sween was quite lumpy.
Now back home in Girvan sort but all the better for the experience and the friendship!!
Many thanks
B (jambo)

Yep. Good job Tony. Really great effort by all involved. Well done. Excellent weather too - if a little too lumpy for me. I hope there's another event next year
Cheers, Tony

yes indeed - thanks for a great weekend Tony - clearly a huge amount of organising went in to the event and ensured it was a great success. Much appreciated - we headed north on the sunday and got some great cruising around Lismore...a wee bit flatter than on the saturday!
Roll on the next one!

A big thanks to Tony and his Team from the crew of Neptune. A well planned and organised event, immensely enjoyed by us all. Easdale is a ribbers dream come true.
Good to meet a few fellow RIBnetters too!

Thanks too
... to Tony and team and all those others of you that made the trip such a pleasure.
Sorry we shot off early - the plan was to dive on the way back after the 'wind had dropped off ' >>>> it didnt
Got back to Easdale and decided that beer was needed ... and given we were staying in Oban moved on to chill. Sorry we missed the party and next year we will definitely stay overnight in Easdale !!
Really good to meet up with such a nice group with similar interests and Colonsay was beautiful > as was the keg of IPA we brought back from the brewery
Just a few photos - my video camera failed !! - must have been impact damage like my legs from the return journey .....
Thanks all
Jeff .... and motley crew

Brill weekend. Thanks for organising. Met many great people and the weather was great if a little breezy Saturday. I've loads of photos so if you develop a means of posting lots I'll upload them.
WE were up there all last week and the weather all week was fantastic. Just added the miles up - 614 miles in total 511 litres EEK!!

Tony and crew many thanks for a memorable weekend which saw us cruising the waters of Corryvreckan, negiotiating the grey dogs, lunching on Colonsay, diving in pigs bay and of course being involved in a dramatic rescue.....and wilks I dont mean the fender (although that was a challenge also!)........

Sorry, of course, you attended the WAFIs - it was Sula that fetched the wee Ribcraft. So many rescues, so many rounds - I got confused...
BTW, I'd have had that fender, but Tony Hill kept his eye on me and anyway, it was Navy Blue and we had lifted a Royal Blue RIB 'specially for the wedding
