Hi Tony
We are arriving at dunstaffange sat 28th fuel and launching

briefing 1000hrs sun 29th at frog leaving 1100hr for first cruise
I am staying in Oyster bar at Connel some are in Frog
Peter Zurrer has 3 ribs with campers from Europe we have 7 confirmed
our plan would be to RV with your main group at Duart Castle and proceed with you to Sunart
As we will have will have been cruising for a week and Sat is our last day at Oban (second week in Clyde) it is difficult to confirm numbers
would you like us to Register anyway
We may in any case meet you prior to Sat at Easdale (a favorite stop) or at sea
If we can help in any aspect give me a call

The registration serves 2 purposes1. It gives us contact details and an idea of numbers
2. A disclaimer acknowledgement that you are responsible for the seaworthiness of the boat, the crew you are carrying and your actions and decisions during the day
You will receive a full information pack by return e mail giving all details.
It also allows us to contact you should there for example be bad weather forecast.

In the message section just get the guys to place something like Dougcroacks's party Sat only meeting at Duart and that will be fine.

By all means head down to Easdale. I have today been lifting moorings for the summer season. As you know the place just look me up when you are here. The ferrymen will know where I am or call in at the ticket office mainland side. They also listen Ch 77.

Tony

Stand aside the lot of yiz, and let the dogs see the rabbit...

Well said that man lets enjoy this year. They are more than welcome next year. Lodgings could be arranged but later on. Have you spoken to your weather gods yet to arrange the usual. It's hellish rain here at present.
Cheers

That's OK - let it rain itself out. Fingers (and Occult Symbols) crossed for May

T Shirts for the Easdale RIB Rendezvous

Laura at the Seafari Ticket office has come up with a design and is on the case with supplier. It is basically as suggested
Back of shirt has map of event
Colours - Easdale is part of the Slate Islands so slate grey.
Easdale slate also has iron pyrites in it so there's a reason for gold.

I believe Laura is working on two styles
Gold shirt, slate grey map or slate grey shirt and gold map.

Laura is back in the ticket office Wed this week 01852 300003 or e mail oban@seafari.co.uk She will sort a price and take orders

I will update everyone by e mail middle of this week.

DON'T FORGET
If you want feeding Saturday evening contact Keren or Des at The Puffer
01852 300022 e mail the.puffer@btconnect.com

Hi Tony.
Make that 34 registered!
I'll be up with the Doug Crock group for the week before. Hoping to be in the Oban area from Tuesday pm.
I don't have fixed plans for both days but hope I can join you for both Saturday and Sunday (still need to sort out accommodation, but will bring a tent as a last resort!).
Trevor
