Brancaster to Skegness - July?

A trip from Brancaster to Skegness was suggested by arn.george last week. Since he didn't post a thread here, I thought I would to see if anyone else was interested.
Said trip would be in the summer - perhaps July. Apparently its aprox. 16 miles as the crow flies each way.
It would be nice to have lunch there - perhaps a BBQ?

Sorry tim, been away for few days - need to check distance - but principle of morning tide - bbq - back on evening tide.
