just got back from a great day out with Ed and his crew on Kick Ass, Tony with his crew Joe and Mick (Tellcowilliam) on Domino, n little ol me by meself on That's Enuff, it was a touch lumpy thru The Straits, I had a few soakings just getting past Caernarfon and it was even more lumpy off Puffin Island, we did set off towards The Great Orme but I think the others took pity on me and we turned back just to finish the day off a great bit of helicoptering by the RAF Air Sea Rescue at Brittania Bridge

Sounds like a great day Chris and fantastic to know your strength's returning to the point you're happy to get out in such conditions.

My theory is the guys were glad you were there on the way to Orme coz it gave them a good excuse to turn back

Yes great fun had by all today, and you are correct ed it was the way it should be, go out as a team return as a team. Are you sure your not going to be disappointed with anything smaller than the PAC though?

Ed, you have a great boat there, you've worked hard on it, if I was you I'd keep it and swop the engine for a more economical 200hp 4 stroke and stop working all those long hours on doing another .... It's far to good a boat to let go..!! Just my thoughts mate

Hmmmmmmm .............. in a bit of a dilemma here Ed, I hate to admit it but for once I'm in agreement with Tony, the rib is a cracker jus needs a nice 4 stroke to give it the finishing touch n if you want to do another rib just find a customer first n do the re-furb for them, the quality of your hard work is there for all to see n I'm sure there are plenty out there with ribs that need to be fettled but don't know where to start, just like I did with me SR4 but I was lucky that Mike Whitham pointed me in the right direction to get the tubes, stainless and seats etc sorted

by the way, the rib is a monster, great to watch it fly in the rough stuff of Puffin yesterday, awesome mate
