How many versions of this do we need!!!!!
Latest amendments/additions duly made - although there are still a number of missing bits of detail which could be useful for communication on the day or for records of the event.
Having been to Yarmouth earlier today, the Harbour Master has said that he is happy with 20+ boats as a final figure. The pub has, however, asked for a final (hopefully, accurate) figure for the number of people by tomorrow afternoon .... so (if you want a seat and/or food): final numbers please!
