That second one of the Helicopter was a close run thing for that poor crew member stuck behind it.

The Ship deck fell away as it sank into a wave trough and the chopper pilot found himself in the air much quicker than he thought. The tail rotor then hit the deck and broke and he was very lucky he managed to land the thing after it started spinning.

Dont think the boat fell in a trough.
Most likely the bloke taking the tethers of the LH side, missed one.

If you look at the video carefully you'll see the Helicopter move a little when the boat begins to fall into the trough before the one it actually loses control on.

I liked the one where the tug rolled under the bridge underwater, and bobbed back up again

Or heres an interesting one of getting a yacht under a low bridge

Not a Boat crash, but my favourite "near death experience" boat clip.! Watch the guy in the bow of the boats legs

That last one is awesome. Funnily enough whilst I was drooling at old sailing boats for sale i realised they wouldn't fit under the Skye bridge so I thought - "I wonder if you could sail it under heeled over" - and then I see this video!!!
