oops they are a bit dead the flowers but been too busy to empty them, we will have nice fresh flowers in them for next season and will have one on each side of the aframe and a nice little set of pots near the front arranged around the bow locker.......was the mrs idea to make the boat look prettier

Looks good. Are you going to fit the collar yourself?

Nice one

Now the fun begins I dont know that I would have the time or patience to do what your doing.

Tell me about the seating - is it attached to the floor yet. Also what is the box thing behind the front jocky seats - looks like a picnic table. I notice that in the first picture it seems further back - then at your house it looks to have moved forward and a single jocky seat appeared behind it ??? Are you experimenting with different layouts ?

i shall get a company to fit the tubes as i dont want to do that bit

for the seating i have gone with interchangeable rear seating, i have had two pods built and a bench seat although it looks like a box until the bits are fitted to it, and have multiple bolt down points at the back so i can swap and change, will go with the bench seat to start with and then change to the pods when the kids are older, also haveing varied seating should help with resale when i come to sell it, none of the seats are fastened down which is why they are in odd places

shall be down your way the first two weeks in june Roy so will see you then if not before!!!!!!

Yeh, I sorta guessed so, but you've driven back down south, so it ain't going to be Eurocraft, so it's going to be Henshaws innit? Or Paul Tilley if you fancy another long drive?

i actually dont mind the long drive but i have a few jobs i want to do before the tubes go on, it is easier to fit it out without tubes so will try to get a good bit done ahead of tubing....

Have you got under deck trunking going to both rear lockers, you might need them for all ther services.

Interesting project you have there. Have the interchangable seats fully sealed bottoms so your gear won't get wet?

I like the double console you've got. Looks like plenty of room for all your electronic gizmo's.

yep trunking under deck to both sides, built in fibreglass tank, and the interchangable seats are all sealed bottom to keep all dry and "bolt" down rather than screw down as had multiple bolt down points done

In the pockets either side of the transom (with the intergrated Knees) will you have storage lockers?

Look as though there's plenty of support for a massive engine installation, have you decided on a model yet?

yep going for the new 500hp promax turbo Max

just kidding, still contemplating either an Opti 200, Etec 200 or the new suz 175HP fourstroke big block

price will be a major factor in the decision so just not really sure which to go for. Typically only the ospreys that go to the continent have the extra knees in but i asked mike to put them on for me as well as you never know i might do something stupid haha

for the boxes at the rear on each side of the transom i will put access hatchs but not sure quite how much room there will be to be honest plus the tubes are there and dont want any damage so probably wont put anything in them!!

spent a few hours setting the trailer up for the boat better as it was all a bit of a rush at mikes, so it sits better but the trailer will need final adjustment when the engine goes on as the c of G will move again

Looking good Hugh, bet you can't wait to get out on the water!
Im not sure what your thoughts were on second hand engines but just spotted this on ebay:

Nearly new Yammie 200HP HPDI

Probably too powerful but this E-tec is in my local evinrude dealers, bit expensive and in IMHO the wrong colour E-TEC!
E-tec 250HP

Best of luck with it

Alex

EDIT: Just re-read the Yamaha auction, worrying lack of feedback and possibly library photos, check it exists before parting with any cash!
