still a bit breezy down here

I dunno, are we mad? - today, we passed 1 sailing boat up river, a tug, an Ocean Dymanics rib doing sea trials (very nice too - I want one please ), and a cabin cruiser type thing up river too.
So, I met up with woot this morning at Neyland Yacht Club for a nice sunny trip on the Cleddau, well known for its weather protection when it's breezy.....
After some fun launching, we headed off down river with the hope of going to St Annes, but didn't actually make it that far in the end
Here's the two Humbers sitting next to each other before getting wet....

Here's the tug we passed, going through the water - nice bit of weight which helps to keep it pretty steady through the water.

Yup, there were a few waves out there today, but somehow, as ever the camera just doesn't do it justice.....

We got as far as Stack Rocks, and then came back with the waves in the main channel - great fun.

Not quite the same temperatures/weather in general as Manos has, but good fun all the same

Last pic of woot on his superb looking Humber.

And here's todays videoclips - should be streamable by 512k broadband users since it's only 5meg.

Hello Pete,

No, the aux usually lives tilted up when motoring along..... today though I hadn't run the aux engine properly for a good few months (usually only start it for a few seconds just after launching), so I ran it for around 20mins - just happened to be ideal time to get video cos we were going nice and slow

It never looks.....

as rough on the photos as it does when you're on the sea. Although, as some of these do look rough, it must have been pretty choppy out there - great fun - great pictures.
