ID:	114733you can't beat the Range Rover for towing in comfort , I have done that 1200 mile trip 6 times now with two different RR's and they cruise at 1100 revs even with the 3 tonne hard boat , launching soft sand , slippery slips ..no pro probs...

Nice!....I have to agree...I'm doing the same trip to Scotland yet again in a couple of weeks with a V8 Diesel RR (my RIB is only two tonnes and you don't even notice it!) does help to take the Grind of it!
