NER East Coast Blast

Yesterday some of us headed out of Suffolk Yacht Harbour and across to Titchmarsh Marina to check out the Harbour Lights Restaurant.

We had a nice mix of boats;
2 Brigs
1 Stinger
1 Shakespeare
1 Ribcraft
1 Northcraft
1 Sadler Yacht!

Nice place to go for a boat tbh. Suffolk Yacht Harbour was very busy and their slipway was nice and sheltered. Toilets/changing rooms were immaculate so 5 propellers to them!!

Harbour Lights restaurant was - OK and Titchmarsh Marina did us a deal for mooring which I'd have gone elsewhere if they held us to £5/hr!

We spotted some Seals playing in the nearby estuaries so some of our party were over the moon.

Good to know about Harbour Lights. We're a bit further down the coast at Brightlingsea and often head up that way but keep going to SYH or Harwich harbour. I really fancy a trip up the Thames and would be interested if anyone else is in to that. I can get us tractor launching and overnight storage at Brightlingsea.
