Just out of the box!

Day 1 - 14/07/06, which explains why it's all squeaky clean! CRV not really up to serious towing, but OK for around town/school runs etc. Took a wrong turn leaving the dealers & ended up towing across centre of Athens during Friday p.m. rush-hour. Fun once the hysterical wife had a G&T or three!!!

It was donated to us (well the boat not the engines) we had it out 1 time, just got it back from having it serviced. They had it at 41mph. Were taking it out tomorrow to test it. Next is the radar arch and some blinding spotlights and such. lol

Took it out for its maiden, well first real voyage today. The water was way to smooth to really have fun. Having alot of issues with the new depth sounder. I dont know if its because its a cat with 2 engines and the the turbidity is too much, but it wont work if the engines are on, and I realllly need a depth guage out where we go. Any suggestions out there?

Well we dont have much for high seas here in the Gulf of Mexico. Rode today in 3-4ft waves, very choppy, the cat hull ate it up on full throttle. It measures around 10ft -tubes = 7.3ft.

The new QM2 is pretty broad as well - what's that got to do with it? Would have thought it would make it more stable myself?

13mtr Mcmullen and Wing

Here's a few pics of my Rib. Have'nt seen any other ones built by Mcmullen and Wing out of New Zealand on here. If anybody has one let me know, I am getting ready to make some modifications and would like some input.

Hey Hollywood,

That second picture with the trailer and truck wasn't taken right by the Gables was it. It looks very familar. I went to the University of Miami and always wished I had a boat to launch there. Matheson Hammock or something, right?

Rogan...the pic with the truck is taken at the 79th street causeway boat ramp on a monday morning early, it does look a lot like matheson and hammock though. The picture is facing south towards downtown, unfortunately I can't trailer the boat without special permits because of it's width so this was the only time its ever been on a trailer.

A mate's got a couple of Armstrong-Sidelley Viper(sp?) jet engines lying around... I assume you need bow thrusters?
