Finally summer has arrived so we set off from Lymington to Keyhaven for a picnic and swim ( i had taken the day off to go to the New Forest show but this seemed a better option)

The first time we have used the anchor - not sure the technique is quite right!
Then these guys turned up (they seemed to be doing an exercise involving one of them being dropped off at the beach then swimming holding some sort of box??):
