This is what I've got. You have options on the neutral lock and a second trim tilt as well.
You can see how my hand sits on the cover and this gives me plently of support so that I'm not completely relying on holding onto the steering wheel. The only time I hold the top of the control is when I depress the neutral lock and move the control into gear.
