Looks like you definatly had the best coast yesterday . Nice big swell but the sea was calmer than Loe area for sure .

South Easterly winds off shore for the north coast, nice n glassy..

Zero swell with about a foot of wind chop on the South coast yesterday Shag.

Whitsand bay had a good swell going into it surfers were out in force . It smoothed off as the tide dropped but the bay was horrible earlier around lunch time . All the small boats were making hard work of it . Exept one huge rib full of divers heading for the wreck at about 30knots as if it was flat. It was like a bus going past me .

Ah, but you get all the wash off of the supertankers up there. Falmouth, whils't enjoying it's own micro-climate, sits firmly within the Atlantic Conveyor tidal stream which sooths our shores with beautiful warm waters from the Equitorial South. A bit rough up your way was it?
