Yes the operation is run from the island. The RIBs will be in Akrotiri near the little church. I have made arangements with the Coastguard for berths and the various permissions and licences and all will be finilised and I will have the permissions etc within the next week or so.
My villas (or mansions as someone said) are on the digging stage yet. So they will not be rady before july/August. However all the aprtments will be ready and functioning 100% by 10th April 2004!!

According to Manos's site, he has apartments available in one village on the island and he is having villas built in another part of the island. So I guess the apartments will be ready by April 10th but the villas will not?

Any way I don't know why Cookee is so bothered about the villas as I don't think that he'll be able to afford them in any case - Just joking.

Seriously though, the villas will be ready later on in the summer and the apartments will be finished at the begining/mid of April 2004.
