A bit of paradise

A quick birthday weekend trip to Largs. Amazing weather, good diving and a short 'cruise' up the Clyde, loch Long and loch Goil.
I was well aware of the restricted zone near Coulport ,,, but didn't research and discover there is a 12kt speed limit for 3.8 Miles in loch long! A couple of very nice police officers in black rib complete with machine guns, taser, cuffs and other paraphernalia were kind enough to tell us. 😊
Really nice guys who also told us of some good dive sites ,,,, and where not to haha. There's a nice wreck just off the base !
Lochgoilhead ,,, stunning.
Sorry to the local guys for posting your secrets ,,,

My first ever (and definitely my last) Moby phone selfie ,,,, a handsome crew ,, not haha

Didn't know you knew us ! Best compliment I've ever had ,,, though Rab was from Glasgow and would have been a definite YES rather than just a weekend visitor with no vote
Thanks anyway Hohoho

Some less than happy ones, board, can point loaded pistols at you and take cameras and any other photographic kit off you .. looks like you passed the attitude test .. Its not for weans to play with round there.. mind you my rib is faster than theirs Glad you enjoyed your trip

Looks like you met with these guys

You can take photos of them ..but only if they don’t see you.

Did you notice if the “Golden Cross” tug wreck was still there ?.. not that you would need to dive on it...just walk into it last time I saw it.

It was at the entrance to Loch Goil on the same side as Carrick Castle all last year. I usually get down there a few times a year..but didn’t get time this year
