Time for a clear-out. Yamaha 704 Dual engine control box. Complete with wiring looms, control cables etc. I will also include a dual ignition switch, barrel, keys. This came in with a pair of 2004 Yamaha 75hp 2 Stroke Outboards which was sold with single lever units. Sat in storage ever since. Advised as working to me but I've never verified it. The engines were in use with the 704 on a Ribcraft 6.8 until we took them in 6 mths ago. Untested - OFFERS

Yamaha 703 side mount control box. With control cables, loom and key (auto choke). Average condition. Moves in gears smoothly. Came in with something that never went out. Un-Tested - OFFERS

Yamaha 703 side mount control box. With control cables. Includes loom, key. Better cosmetically than the first one but missing choke (separate from key). Un-Tested - OFFERS Yamaha 703 control box. Without control cables. Includes loom & ancillary gauge loom. No key (easily ordered by Yamaha). Missing plastic cover. Un-Tested - OFFERS

Yamaha 703 control box. No loom, cables or key. No backing. Ideal donor box ? OFFERS

Mercury side mount control box. Newer style 14 pin adapter. Lasted used with 25hp 4 Stroke EFI engine. Tested working. Cosmetically paintwork damaged by saltwater corrosion but mechanically working as required. Includes key, wiring loom and control cables. £75

Also available but not pictured

Yamaha 703 wiring loom, unused. With Yamaha adapter, £30

Older style Mercury 8 pin wiring loom, with colour coded inserts to attach to your existing ignition barrel. 8 pin adapter fitted. £25

Mercury control box adapter - this converts the new style 14 pin wiring loom to the older style 8 pin, meaning easy replacement of old boxes with the current models. Genuine Mercury adapter - £40

Might be a bit late, the ad was from September.

Still got these, somewhere. I've replied to PM's but am on the road for the next 3 days, give me a call when I'm back in yard or email/PM for more details in mean time.

Generally I always have some of these knocking around

Delayed pictures

I have two looms with adapters, one dual ignition switch system consisting of 2 key ignitions, 2 keys, one kill cord system (links both engines), it has two loom plugs and colour coded wire off takes.

I also have the 704 dual mount box, with control cables. Obviously I'd rather sell it all together but will split it as I'm pretty sure I have another twin ignition kit somewhere, minus the looms.

Sorry just seen this, I'm awaiting a Ribnetter coming back to me if he wants the lot or just the electrics, so as soon as I know I will come back to you. Give me until the weekend, is that ok ?

Yup, its for a customer. Usually try not to get involved in grubby engine type things, prefer clean electrical things but I've started this one so I'll finish it - you know how it is !!

This thread was a long time ago !

I ended up buying new ultra flex twin control for my customer and fabricating some trim buttons, the control was a lot cheaper that you'd think.

I happen to have for sale a yamaha top mount throttle and separate (will split) ign panel with kill cord and key
