Spyderco Assist folding rescue knife
I have one of these for sale - Spyderco Assist Folding Knife C79PSBK

This is a high quality safety or rescue knife due to the blunt tip and serrated blade - it also has a tiny spike on the rear for smashing windows and a built in whistle!
