Rib Hull Wanted

Hello,

I would like to buy a hull between 5,5 Mtr and 7 metres, it's for a project and I am not to bothered about make or condition, but oul prefer an Avon or Halmatic, but it's no problem if it's another make.

I think I know where an Avon 5.4 RIB can be found, with a 2 foot tear in the tubes but hull appears OK. However, it's in Texas, USA so even though it might be bought for a low price the shipping cost may prove impractical. It's sitting on a shipping cradle now. Email me direct if you want more info. There was a post on ribnet some months ago I think from the chap at Henshaws about ex military Pacific/Artic's coming up for disposal through a military surplus dealer. IIRC these were in poor condition and presumably then reasonably cheap. Might be worth a consideration for your project?
