Here is for sale my Mariner outboard, 40 HP , 2 stroke engine, 1997, short shaft, manual start, very good power to weight ratio (just 70 kg). It has been thoroughly tested and serviced with new parts in june, ready for the summer fishing season. The water pump impeller was renewed, new original NGK spark plugs, gearbox inspected for wear (gears look like new),cleaned and packed with new oil, compression is great on both cylinders with no noticeable difference. It is a reliable starter, always at 2’nd pull on cold start or half-pull when warm. This model was manufactured under Mariner and Mercury brands and is one of the finest you could find, no longer on sale due to stricter regulations in the EU. Unfortunately is too powerfull for my boat, after 40 km/h it gets scarry fast, as you can see in the video.

It comes with a quicksilver tank and fuel line, a pair of fins, no remote controls included. I can run it in a tank to demonstrate on collection, but you can watch it running on youtube here:
